Day 01: Kochi Arrival

Arrive in Kochi. After meeting and greeting, get transferred to the hotel. Rest of the day is for leisure. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 02: Kochi - Munnar (4 hrs)

After breakfast, proceed to Munnar - 140 km approx. This hill station is known as ' Tea City'. On arrival, check-in to the pre-arranged hotel; rest of the day to spend as you please – either relaxing or exploring the Tea City. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 03: Munnar

After breakfast, you can explore Munnar's tea plantations and take a scenic tour to the top station of Rajamalai, where you can watch Nilgiri Tahr (rare mountain goats) in their natural habitat. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 04: Munnar - Thekkady (3 hrs)

After breakfast, check-out of the hotel and proceed for Thekkady. After a 90 km journey through the spectacular countryside, you will arrive at the hill station of Periyar (Thekkady). After checking in to your pre-arranged hotel, you can take a trip to the lake Periyar. In the afternoon you can visit the fragrant spices plantation and market. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 05: Thekkady - Alleppey

After breakfast, drive to Alleppey (3 hrs) - Kerala Backwaters. Check-in to the hotel. Rest of the day is for enjoying the beauty of Backwaters. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 06: Alleppey - Kovalam

After breakfast, check-out from the hotel and proceed to Kovalam (3 hrs). Arrive in Kovalam and later on proceed for Thiruvananthapuram sightseeing, covering the Padmanabha Swami temple and The Palace. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 07: Kovalam - Kanyakumari - Kovalam

After breakfast, drive to Kanyakumari (2 hrs). On arrival proceed for local sightseeing, covering Kanyakumari Temple, Vivekanand Memorial, and Cape Kanyakumari. Soon after, drive down to Kovalam. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 08: Depart Thiruvananthapuram Station / Airport

After breakfast, check-out of the hotel and proceed to Thiruvananthapuram to board the train/flight for further destination. Tour is complete.

Day 1: Arrive in Kochi and drive to Munnar (150 km / approx. 4 hours drive)

Arrive in Kochi and proceed on a picturesque drive through the countryside of Munnar, a popular hill station known for lush green tea estates. Munnar - a haven of peace and tranquility - the idyllic tourist destination, is set at an altitude of 6000 ft in Idukki district. It was the favored summer resort of the erstwhile British rulers in the colonial days. On arrival, check-in to the hotel.

Day 2: In Munnar

Enjoy visiting sections of Old Munnar, which include the charming old Christ Church. Thereafter, visit Mattupetty Lake, created by the small hydro-electricity dam and flanked by steep hills and woods. In the afternoon, be at leisure to enjoy the charming weather and beauty of this beautiful hill station.

Day 3: Drive to Thekkady (Periyar) (130 km / approx 4 hours drive)

This morning, you drive into the heart of the spice hills in Thekkady of Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary. Rest of the afternoon is free to enjoy a walk through the bustling spice market of Kumily village in Thekkady or you have the option of taking a boat cruise on Lake Periyar, which is the best way to locate wildlife in Periyar Sanctuary (on direct payment basis).

Day 4: Drive to Alleppey (146 km / 4 hours drive)

Today you drive to the idyllic backwaters of Kerala. Check-in to the A/C Houseboat. The day is free for leisure. Overnight stay in the houseboat.

Day 5: Alleppey to Kochi

After breakfast, you check-out from the hotel and proceed for Kochi / Ernakulam to board the train/flight for further destination. Tour ends.
